All retreat packages are priced per person and include 5 nights' accommodation, all coaching sessions, organized play, welcome dinner, and group activities. Flights and personal expenses are not included.

Choose Deposit at checkout to reserve your spot with 50% now, with the balance due 3 weeks before the retreat. Choose Full Payment to pay in full and save 5%.

We partner with premium beachside resorts to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. Double occupancy rooms are the standard package. Single occupancy upgrades are available at checkout.

Fly into Cancún International Airport (CUN). We coordinate complimentary group airport transfers for guests arriving on Day 1 and departing on Day 5. Local transfers between the resort and courts are included throughout the retreat.

Day 1 — Arrivals: Airport transfer, resort check-in, welcome drinks & orientation dinner.
Day 2 — Training Begins: Morning drills with coaches, afternoon match play, free evening.
Day 3 — Culture & Play: Coaching session, curated cultural excursion, group dinner.
Day 4 — Tournament Day: In-retreat mini-tournament, awards, farewell evening.
Day 5 — Departures: Farewell breakfast, check-out, airport transfers.

Retreats are open to all skill levels — beginner to advanced. Padel rackets are available to hire on-site. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. All meals included on specified days; dietary requirements can be accommodated with advance notice.

60+ days before retreat: Full refund minus $100 admin fee.
30–59 days: 50% refund.
Under 30 days: No refund.
Transfers: You may transfer your spot to another date up to 45 days before the retreat starts (subject to availability).
